Deputy First Minister John Swinney visited Rabbie’s Tours in Edinburgh today to hear how their decision to become a Living Wage Accredited employer has strengthened their business. Mr Swinney meet with senior management and staff including Rabbie's Cafe staff Rachel Robson (curly hair) and Jude Sevestre who shared their coffee making techniques to Mr Swinney
Later today Mr Swinney will address parliament in the Boosting the Economy debate where he will set out the actions of the Scottish Government in boosting economic growth and tackling inequality.
Rabbie’s believe that the Living Wage is good for employees and their families, good for Rabbie's and good for the wider economy. The company is already benefitting by seeing greater staff engagement.
