MONS MEG RETURNS TO EDINBURGH CASTLE FOLLOWING MOT

Mons Meg, the world’s most famous medieval gun, was welcomed back to Edinburgh Castle this morning (23/03/15). The six tonne cannon has been undergoing specialist conservation work over the past two months at a secret location – the first time it has left the castle in over 30 years. Amongst the first visitors to inspect the works were Beth Graham, 9 from East Kilbride assisted by Edinburgh Castle guide, Frank Chambers.
