Seafood Apprentice Kirsty Peacock, 20, has been identified as the 3,000th person to complete a Scottish Modern Apprenticeship. She works for family seafood processing firm JK Thomson of Musselburgh, near Edinburgh
Kirsty has completed a Modern Apprenticeship L2 in Fish & Shellfish Processing skills. She is one of a number (33 candidates have achieved a modern apprenticeships along with 2 trained and qualified assessors with a further 29 currently working towards level 2MA and 2 L3 first in Scotland to be working towards level 2 MA and and 2 L3 first in Scotland to be working towards the new Level 3 in Fish and Shellfish industry skills.
